Product returns

Return & exchange policy of the products purchased from the store

You can exchange or return unused products purchased from the store within 14 days of the purchase. The products that are returned or exchanged should be unused with its original packaging and labels.
Underwear, CDs, DVDs and opened packages of tights or II-quality products are non -returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return & exchange policy of the products purchased from the webshop

You can exchange or return unused products purchased from the store within 14 days of the purchase. The products that are returned or exchanged should be unused with its original packaging and labels. Please don’t attach anything (e.g. an address label) on the product!
Underwear, CDs, DVDs and opened packages of tights or II-quality products are non -returnable.
If you ordered a product that does not fit well, you can return it for free and make a new order online.
Guide to returning and exchanging:

1) Fill out the form that came with the order and pack the products carefully in their original packages.
2) Put the filled form in the package with the products you want to return.
3) Take away or cover the original address label if needed. You can also use other than the original shipping package for the return. Just make sure that the products are well covered. If you return shoes, please do not use only a shoe box as a package.
4) Send the package to use by using Posti Group’s office. Remember to save the receipt you received from Posti Group until we have processed your return.

Please note that the Finnish postal services ship customer returns in second class, so it will take at least 6–10 workdays for them to reach us.

Reclamations

If you notice a fault in the product you received in your order you might not have to return it in order to receive a replacement.
Do the following: take a picture of the faulty item in the way that the whole product is visible, and the fault can be seen clearly. Send the picture to us by email asiakaspalvelu@dancemakers.fi and inform us whether you would like to have your money back or want a replacing item. We will contact you as soon as possible and inform you how to proceed.
